2009 – 2022

Early Business Foundation through Warisan Intan Firuz

Puan Farhana’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2009 through her involvement in building Warisan Intan Firuz, a family-based SME and cassava chips manufacturer from Tangkak, Johor.

Working together with her mother and family, she gained valuable practical experience in product handling, business operations, sales, customer relations, distribution, and local market development. This early exposure became an important foundation in understanding the real challenges faced by small business owners, manufacturers, and community-based entrepreneurs.

2018 – Present

Business Services, Training and Consultancy through K.I. Global Resources

In 2018, Puan Farhana expanded her business direction through K.I. Global Resources, focusing on consultancy services, sales agency, promotional support, training, and seminars.

This phase strengthened her experience in business coordination, client engagement, programme planning, training delivery, advisory support, and market-driven service development. It also shaped her ability to connect people, products, services, and opportunities through practical and structured business solutions.

2019 – 2023

Business Expansion through Kraypek International Sdn. Bhd.

From 2019 to 2023, her journey progressed with the establishment of Kraypek International Sdn. Bhd., which focused on local and international distribution, training, and consulting.

This stage marked an important development in her exposure to business scaling, distribution planning, product positioning, market expansion, and international business readiness. The experience further strengthened her understanding of how local products can be prepared, positioned, and connected to wider markets.

2024-2026

Export Development and International Market Coordination through Mumtaz Jaya Sdn. Bhd.

From 2024 to 2026, Puan Farhana played a significant role in Mumtaz Jaya Sdn. Bhd. as Project Director, where she was involved in managing export development initiatives, business engagement, compliance coordination, and international market access programmes.

One of her key milestones was managing the SMEs Export Enhancement Programme – Mentor Export for the South Korea Market, under SME Corp Malaysia. Through this programme, she contributed to bringing and coordinating 10 Malaysian SME companies towards export readiness and market exposure in South Korea.

Her role involved coordinating participating companies, engaging with strategic agencies and partners, managing programme flow, supporting export readiness activities, facilitating business matching arrangements, and assisting companies in understanding market requirements for South Korea.

This experience gave her deeper exposure to international trade facilitation, buyer engagement, product readiness, compliance processes, market immersion, and the practical challenges faced by Malaysian manufacturers entering foreign markets.

Development of BCMJ Global Co., Ltd.

As part of the South Korea market development journey, Puan Farhana was also involved in the development of BCMJ Global Co., Ltd., a Korea-based business entity established in April 2025 to support Malaysia–South Korea business connectivity.

BCMJ Global was developed as a market bridge to support import coordination, buyer engagement, market access activities, business matching, product introduction, and collaboration between Malaysian manufacturers and Korean partners.

Through BCMJ Global, the work expanded beyond programme coordination into a more structured platform for cross-border business engagement, helping to connect Malaysian products, entrepreneurs, and manufacturers with potential market opportunities in South Korea.

2026

Establishment of KF Strategic Group Sdn. Bhd.

In 2026, these years of experience became the foundation for the establishment of KF Strategic Group Sdn. Bhd.

KFSG was created as a strategic platform focusing on training, trading, business engagement, market access, and collaborative partnership development. The company brings together Puan Farhana’s experience in entrepreneurship, SME development, training coordination, export facilitation, and international business exposure.

Through KFSG, she continues to focus on creating practical solutions that support personal development, entrepreneur empowerment, business growth, product distribution, and market connection.

KFSG also serves as a collaboration partner for services related to human development and the formation of strong personal character through POTENSI, while also acting as a coordinator for business engagement between manufacturers, service providers, buyers, and strategic partners.

From this journey, KAFTRADES was developed as a more integrated and value-driven platform under KF Strategic Group.

KAFTRADES was built from real experience in family business, local trading, training services, consulting, export coordination, international market access, and collaborative business development.
