Shipping & Delivery

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Physical Products

Training, Consultation & Digital Products
Fees paid for completed consultation sessions, digital products, downloadable materials, or online programmes are generally non-refundable.
If a programme is cancelled by KF Strategic Group Sdn. Bhd., participants may be offered:
- A replacement session;

- A refund, at the company’s discretion.
